Join our 2010 Electric Utility Transmission & Distribution Benchmarking Community.
An Electric T&D benchmarking community designed to deliver comprehensive performance benchmarks and detailed analysis of best practices, through a two-track research process. The first track uses a standard questionnaire to collect performance measures, demographics, and practices covering the full range of planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance for transmission, substation and maintenance.

The second track focuses on detailed research in this year’s chosen research areas of NERC Requirements, Capital Investment Value Management especially with regard to Reliability, Improving New Business Performance.
Last year's research areas included: Capital Planning, involving major planning steps for developing a capital program; Dashboards and KPIs, how to design them and determine the appropriate measures for your company; Designer Productivity and Quality, how to measure it, the role of standards and need for tools, and how to meet the challenges of an aging workforce.
