1. The first choice is a single login and single form where all the data is combine into one long form.  The benefit of this method is seen most by companies where one person is entering all the data.  They can log in once and see all the questions.  Navigation through this long form is by using the search function in your browser.  Simply search for question “F5” and you’ll be taken there.  The primary disadvantage is that only one person can be in this form at a time. So if you want a lot of people entering data, you may prefer option 2.
2. The second choice is the use of multiple logins to access multiple forms.  The primary advantage of this method is that you can have more than one person entering data (only one person per form, but more forms equals more people).  The difficulty is that you have to log in to each form separately.
