Both the T&D and CS questionnaires will be listed here. Each tab of the excel file matches one “survey” in the on-line data entry. Only one person should be entering data into each “survey” at a time, but more than one person can login to the data entry portal at a time. So you can have one person entering Meter Reading data and one person entering Field Service data, but not two people entering Meter Reading data.
To enter data, check the box next to the section or “survey” you want to respond to and the click the “Respond” button at the top of the list. That will bring up a separate window with that section’s/survey’s data entry fields.
Data is saved every time you leave a field and move to the next one. So if you’re entering data in ST5 you just have to move to the next data entry field to save the data you entered.
On the last page of the section you will find links to:
- print the status summary for all sections (e.g. Which questions have been answered)
- print the answers for the section you’re currently working on
